Portalliz only receives the access level your organization approves.
Begin with passive governance. Enable active provisioning only when you want Portalliz to enforce the license process.
In passive mode, Portalliz reads license data and highlights waste, conflicts, and out-of-band assignments. In active mode, Portalliz becomes the approved provisioning path for the licenses you choose to govern, so assignments follow request, approval, quota, and audit rules.
